Hidden Talent: I’ve been told that I am great at impersonations. A lot of the time they are spontaneous during conversations, so I don’t even realize when I am doing one until someone points it out.

Favorite Charity: Philabundance has opened my eyes to one of the largest issues in my area. Philabundance is Philadelphia’s largest hunger relief organization, providing access to food and services to those at risk of hunger and malnutrition. The people who donate their time and efforts to this foundation are truly just as amazing as the cause.

Pets: I currently don’t own any pets but I grew up with golden retrievers. If you want the key to my heart, bring me a puppy and I will melt!

Your favorite Off the Field experience: Performing at the prestigious 2012 amfAR Inspirational Gala in New York City! Not only was the event for one of the leading foundations benefiting AIDS research, but it was also a red carpet moment for my teammates and I. We performed on a 100-yard fashion runway with Fergie and fashion designer Marc Jacobs sitting in the front row.

Favorite Hobby: Dancing and exercise have always been my stress-relievers. I’m always looking for new fitness classes or challenges to push myself. I also love going to the spa for some “me” time.

Favorite Quote: "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind." - Dr. Seuss

Favorite Movie: "Garden State" – Mostly because of the awesome soundtrack!

Favorite TV Show: "The Layover with Anthony Bourdain". Anthony Bourdain’s sense of humor plus learning about different cities throughout the world is a great combination. The Philadelphia episode is hands down the best!

Famous person you would most like to spend a day with: Ellen DeGeneres. To me, she is the funniest and most genuine person on television. She is known for her dancing, stand-up comedy, vegan food, giving back, and practical jokes. What more could I ask for in one day?

Your go-to Philadelphia area restaurant: Mixto. If you like good music, art, and Latin cuisine, this is your place. They even offer Salsa dancing on select nights!

Favorite cartoon character and why: Belle from "Beauty and the Beast". When I was younger I dreamed of being Belle. Okay, maybe I actually thought I was Belle. What girl doesn’t want to be a Disney princess?

Best advice you’ve ever received: "Don’t sweat the small stuff". I am a perfectionist so I have to remind myself of this advice when something doesn’t go exactly how I intended.

Something on your bucket list: I would love to have my own brand of fitness studios and workouts. I am passionate about creating new ways to stay fit by incorporating my years as a dancer and my fitness expertise.

Pre-game superstitions or rituals: When we are lining up in the cheerleader tunnel before going out on the field, I always take a moment to myself to mentally prepare. I remind myself of how fortunate I am to have the experience and how hard I worked to get there.

Song that gets you pumped up: I put on Dave Matthews Band when I want to pump up my energy. Their song "Two Step" is a particular favorite.
