Head coach Andy Reid announced after Wednesday morning's walk-through that wide receiver Riley Cooper and safety Colt Anderson are out for Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Cooper fractured his collarbone in late July at Training Camp and missed the entire preseason. Anderson is working his way back from a knee injury suffered late in the 2011 season. Anderson did not play in the preseason, but was surprisingly not placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list because the team thinks he will be ready within the first six weeks of the season.

The Eagles will dress just four receivers against the Browns - DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant and rookie Damaris Johnson.

Other Depth Chart Notes:

- Quarterback Nick Foles is the No. 2 quarterback behind Michael Vick.

- Reid said that the team will likely dress five defensive ends.

- Who will start at defensive tackle? Reid would not answer that question only to say that there are eight defensive linemen who will see equal snaps at end and tackle. Cullen Jenkins and Derek Landri are listed as the starters on the depth chart. However, Jenkins started in the preseason at left defensive end for the injured Jason Babin, who is returning to the lineup. Fletcher Cox started in the preseason when Jenkins was moved to end.

- New safety David Sims is working hard to get the playbook down to try and be ready for Sunday's game.

- Reid expects Browns cornerback Joe Haden to play. The former first-round pick is in the process of appealing his four-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy regarding performance-enhancing substances.
