Biography

A former Division III standout, Derek Carrier became the first Beloit College player to earn a spot on an NFL team last season after spending his rookie campaign on the Eagles practice squad. An undrafted free agent signing of the Oakland Raiders in 2012, Carrier was a two-time All-Midwest Conference honoree and set Beloit College career marks with 189 receptions, 3,111 receiving yards and 29 touchdowns. He also broke single-season records after amassing 75 catches for 1,250 yards as a senior.
