Biography

The all-time leading passer in Pac-12 Conference and USC history, Matt Barkley was drafted by the Eagles in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. A four-year starter for the Trojans, Barkley finished his career with over 12,000 passing yards and became the only player i conference history to throw for over 100 touchdowns (116) in a career. As a senior, Barkley finished third in the conference and 12th in the nation in pass efficiency (157.55) and established USC single-game passing and touchdown records with 493 yards and six touchdowns in separate contests.  A graduate of Mater Dei High School, Barkley became the first freshman quarterback to start at the football powerhouse since Todd Marinovich in 1985.
